A sincere message from Appliance Team.

We are finding over the years peoples demands and expectations are increasing, to the point of not being reasonable, and, uncouth. We will not tolerate abuse of any kind! These are the types of personalities that go on to leave us negative reviews, where they are economical with the truth. (We are aware of the increase in trolling generally in all sorts of professions.) We do not respond to these reviews, because we can't learn anything from them. From the time you telephone us, we will explain our charges, based on the type of appliance and issue with it. When we carry out repairs in your home we will keep you informed as to what we are doing and why. We need to complete repairs to survive. Unfortunately, some appliances are beyond economical to save.

Like most businesses, regrettably, things can go wrong from time to time. (Some beyond our control.) We will obviously do our best and try and put things right.

It is not in our interests to mislead our customers. We are too old, too experienced and too established. If you are unsure of anything please ask. We try to be as upfront and honest as possible.

We welcome feedback, as they can help you make balanced decisions on the veracity of the reviews, and about us. That way it will help you decide whether to use our services or not.
