We are finding over the years peoples demands and expectations are increasing, to the point of not being reasonable, and, uncouth. We will not tolerate abuse of any kind! These are the types of personalities that go on to leave us negative reviews, where they are economical with the truth. We do not respond to these reviews, because we can't learn anything from them. When we carry out repairs, we will explain what we are doing and why, so as to keep you in the picture. We try our best, but like most businesses, unfortunately things can go wrong from time to time. (Some beyond our control.) We will obviously do our best and try and put things right.

We welcome feedback, as they can help you make balanced decisions on the veracity of the reviews, and about us. That way it will help you decide whether to use our services or not.
